In 2016, we decided to venture into India's booming retail market. Since our inception, Nexus Mall is surging at a great pace and is established as one of the leaders in retail real estate industry in India. We now have a portfolio of almost 10 million square feet of Grade A retail space in India. Today, we have 17 malls spread across 13 cities across the country. At Nexus, we wish to redefine the shopping culture in India by bringing about transformation where the consumers can have fun and brands come to life for their consumers.
